Italian Seasoned Potatoes


5-6 medium red potatoes (or your preference)
Olive oil
Italian Season
Non-stick cooking spray

Line shallow pan with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.  Chop potatoes and spread evenly on pan.  Drizzle oil on potatoes and stir to mix in oil.  Sprinkle Italian dressing over potatoes, using as much as desired.  Follow with pepper. (If you like less of a flavor, use less.  If you like more, use more. It's all according to taste.) Bake at 425 degrees for 35-40 minutes.  

My family loves these potatoes!!
